Do I need Pilates experience?
Not at all! This session is beginner-friendly and designed for all fitness levels. Whether it's your first class or you're a regular, you'll feel comfortable and supported.
What should I wear?
Please wear cream athleisure and comfortable trainers or grip socks.
Is parking available?
Yes! Parking is available at the venue.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely! Many women attend solo, and The Matriarch Experience is designed to be a warm, welcoming space where meaningful connections are made. You won't feel alone for long.
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willing heart. We'll take care of everything else.
Will refreshments be provided?
Yes! Your ticket includes a delicious light lunch, sweet treats, and refreshments to enjoy throughout the afternoon.
